I feel so lucky to live in a place with so many incredible wildflowers. Not only do we have so many varieties, but they are sprinkled across the most beautiful landscapes and they come in waves that last for months and months. Just as one flower’s blooming season comes to an end, another begins. It’s really pure magic.
One of my favorites is this kickoff to spring wildflowers..the Camas Lily. Delicate purple flowers that faithfully spring up every May in beautiful fields and often times they’re mixed with purple lupines (which is a fabulous combination in my opinion).
The time to book a session for these is now, as my evening spots are filling up quickly and these blooms only last so long!
